CANCELLATION POLICY
ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL: All appointments booked through our online booking system are automatically confirmed and secured at the time of booking. For select services, a card on file is required. Your card information is protected at all times and securely stored in your client-protected folder. It will only be used in accordance with our terms and conditions. Our waitlist will be notified if an appointment becomes available at your preferred time. Please note: you will only be contacted if a spot opens. NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY • No-Show Appointments: Failure to show for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Cancellation Method: We do not accept cancellations through the online booking portal. All cancellations must be made by calling the salon directly or you may email meta@morphsalon.com but please note this is not monitor all day. REFUND POLICY After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered at Metamorphosis Salon and Spa. Any concerns regarding your service must be addressed at the time of your appointment so our team can properly assist you. Please note: Services or corrections requested after 24 hours cannot be accommodated. For example, if a color service is not liked 2 days later after washing, we are unable to make adjustments or fixes. Hi there! I’m Ashleigh, the owner of Metamorphosis. Thanks so much for visiting! I have a deep passion for mental health awareness, and I bring that compassionate approach into every service I offer. I’ve been an Esthetician for 5 years and spent 2.5 years working in Dermatology — that background allows me to truly understand your skin on a deeper level and customize everything to your needs. I’m also welcoming my first child into the world in 2025, making us a family of four, and I couldn’t be more excited. I specialize in acne and hold an Advanced Acne Certification, and I also have a huge love for creating beautiful, perfectly tailored eyebrows. I truly enjoy a good challenge and helping clients feel their most confident. I can’t wait to get to know you better. 🖤

I enjoy, being outside such as hiking, taking walks, going to the beach, going to different parks, and going swimming during the nice months!
